Director Owner and Brand Performance CALA
***This role is based in Mexico City, MX or Miami, FL***
This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands. The Brand Management team leads initiatives that align with enterprise goals and regional business plan in support of the CALA franchised and managed estate and with the goal of ensuring Brand Integrity, industry leading Owner Relations, Maximizing performance across all hotels and delivery of our Customer Promise through localization of enterprise and brand initiatives.
As a Director, Owner and Brand Performance, you will be part of the leadership team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio in Central America and the Caribbean. On the Brand Management CALA team reporting to VP Brand Management CALA, you will work on projects including driving strategic initiatives, optimizing business processes and owner returns, and ensuring alignment with our long-term vision.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen brand integrity, optimize owner returns, and support Hilton's long‑term vision for the CALA region.
- Drive execution of major brand and enterprise initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and go‑to‑market processes across channels.
- Localize enterprise and brand programs for the CALA market, ensuring brand standards, prototype plans, and swim‑lane clarity are upheld for both managed and franchised hotels.
- Prepare and deliver project status updates, performance reviews, and business insights to senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with CALA Brand Management leadership, GBCS leaders, and cross‑functional partners to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement approved recommendations.
- Work with internal partners across enterprise teams—including Operations, Brand, and Owner Relations—to support organizational objectives and ensure full alignment on key initiatives.
- Engage in regular leadership meetings, business reviews, and regional planning sessions to drive operational effectiveness and strategic clarity.
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Lead high‑impact programs and complex cross‑functional projects that advance CALA brand performance, ensure owner satisfaction, and strengthen Hilton's portfolio in the region.
- Lead the development and continuous refinement of project frameworks, reporting cadences, and strategic planning processes that enable decision‑making across the Brand Management organization.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in any related field
- Five (5) years of work experience in project, program, and/or organizational change management
- Expertise in building data-driven insights and executive‑level presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
It would be useful if you have:
- BA/BS Bachelor's degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
