Director of Sales - Lifestyle & Luxury (Dubai Based)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales planning and performance management.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, including market segmentation, pricing optimization, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of the Seychelles hospitality market and luxury travel industry preferred.
