Director of Sales, Hilton Worldwide Sales – Japan, Korea and Micronesia

A Director of Sales, Hilton Worldwide Sales (HWS) – Japan, Korea and Micronesia (JKM) serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

- Extensive understanding of local market and industry to make recommendations on how to achieve the targets.
- Ability to recommend segmentation and targeting proposals and to assess marketing implications and aggressively manage to ensure profitability.
- Able to travel up to 15% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- BA / BS / Bachelor's Degree\
- Significant work experience in roles including management experience
- Experience working in multi-cultural or international settings
- Proficient in English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree / MS / MA / Master's Degree
- Significant hospitality industry experience preferred in a sales role
- In-depth knowledge of business sector
