Director of Revenue
What are we looking for?
A Director of Revenue serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- A minimum of 2 years of Revenue Manager/ Director experience in the hotel industry
- Ability to read listen and communicate effectively in Turkish and English; in writing, using correct grammar, spelling and sentence structure
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team positioned to exceed targets
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
- Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to Team Members
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Accountable and resilient
- Previous experience in sales role with the ability to close a sale
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Hilton Hotels background is an advantage
- Knowledge of local market
- Knowledge of hospitality
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
- Degree level qualification in a relevant field
