What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

·       5+ years of upscale/luxury property management, director of residences or equivalent

·       Responsible for managing a minimum of $10M annual budget

·       Strong financial acumen in residential management

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Strong leadership, collaboration and team building skills

·       Association Management Accreditation

·       Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation

We offer a compensation package inclusive of a base salary ranging between $180,000.00 and $190,000.00. The annual salary range is based on applicable and specialized experience.
