Director of Residences (Temporary) - Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas
What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of upscale/luxury property management, director of residences or equivalent
- Responsible for managing a minimum of $5M annual budget
- Strong financial acumen in residential management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, collaboration and team building skills
- Association Management Licensing preferred
- Community Association Management (CAM) License or willing to obtain license once in this role
- Flexible work hours to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation preferred
- Experience with Forbes training and philosophy
