Director of Marketing Communications
What will I be doing?
As Director of Marketing & Communications (Cluster), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Lead and deliver creative services for all departments across the cluster properties, including sales, marketing, ownership services, and contracts, ensuring alignment with the latest brand standards and legal requirements
- Develop, plan, and execute integrated print, web, and digital marketing collateral and strategies for all cluster hotels
- Manage, communicate, and negotiate with external vendors and agency partners on behalf of the cluster
- Create, implement, and oversee a strategic and comprehensive advertising and public relations program for the cluster, including media planning and development of creative concepts and visual assets
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams at each property to develop and execute effective advertising and public relations initiatives across the cluster
- Plan and manage press releases, press conferences, press briefings, media familiarization tours, and maintain strong media relationships representing all cluster hotels
- Oversee the development of owner, guest, and stakeholder communications, including newsletters, as well as internal communication materials for the cluster
- Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to the Marketing & Communications team across the cluster, including marketing communications coordinators
