Director of Food & Beverages
What are we looking for?
A Food and Beverage Director serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Strong, Energetic leader who is passionate about food and beverage, with at 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Preferably, with previous Middle East experience. International experience / Resort experience will be a plus.
- Creative spirit and passion to create special dining for an exceptional guest experience.
- Commercial focus, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional business performance and results.
- Inspirational leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading, developing and motivating a large team and collaborating effectively across functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling message for the right audience.
- Guest focus experienced in implementing and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Effective relationship management skills to build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, including suppliers and hotel ownership.
- Creativity, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate shall possess a valid driving license
- English and French Speaking, third language will be an advantage.
