We are seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to help shape this next chapter of hospitality at our iconic beachfront resort and become part of the Hilton family, named No. 1 World’s Best Workplace by Fortune and Great Place to Work! Inspired by swaying palms, salt air, and beachfront glamour, the reimagined resort carries its legacy forward with a modern beach club spirit, unveiling new spaces, refreshed dining, and uninterrupted ocean views.
Perfectly positioned between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, this beachfront destination invites well-traveled couples and families to immerse themselves in elevated yet approachable luxury. Home to 1,000 guestrooms and suites, the property pairs elevated design with effortless comfort. Guests are invited to enjoy two oceanfront pools with private cabanas and daybeds, a semi-private beach and adults-only beach club, the Diplomat Spa + Wellness salon, and six refreshed dining and bar concepts, including the signature Diplomat Prime Steakhouse and the beachfront Latin-inspired Playa Beach Bar & Grill. The resort offers more than 200,000 square feet of flexible event space, including oceanfront ballrooms, open-air terraces and a 14,000-square-foot event lawn designed for gatherings of every scale.

What will I be doing?
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional quality, service excellence, and memorable guest experiences
- Oversee daily operations and long-term planning for the Food & Beverage department
- Implement effective management of food, beverage, and labor costs
- Foster a culture of service excellence, collaboration, and accountability across a large, unionized team environment
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional standards of food and beverage quality, service delivery, and outlet presentation while driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction
- Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development across the department
