Director, Lifestyle Partnerships
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead potential partner due diligence to determine value and readiness
- Build and add new programs and overseeing the successful launch of new initiatives
- Drive improvements and innovative change in the development of new partnerships
- Demonstrate the capacity and desire to understand the key drivers of commercial performance across all relevant functions and take external factors into consideration
- Ensure optimal performance by crafting processes to be efficient and consistent across the organization, building a culture of accountability to deliver high-quality work, and passionately advocate for ways to maximize value from the portfolio of partner and vendor relationships
How you will collaborate with others:
- Partner with Brand, Marketing and Loyalty, Communications and Food and Beverage teams to be a subject matter authority on partnerships and sponsorships
- Work with on-property hotel teams on local and regional activations
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Define a global partnership strategy for the Lifestyle category and trading brands
- In partnership with Marketing, create customer acquisition plans to grow Hilton Honors members
- Lead partner negotiations
- Provide strategic input and perspective for the partnership landscape
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of work experience
- History of working with national brands on partnerships and activations
- Relationships in diverse industries including music, art, fashion, travel and technology
- Proven and effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience translating financial goals into strategic operational plans
- Experience directing a team and working with team(s) in a matrix organization
- Onsite schedule in the New York Office
- Travel up to 30%
It would be useful if you have:
- Masters or MBA
- Experience working for or with hospitality brand(s)

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $190,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
