This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! Your role will help shape Lifestyle Brands' service philosophy, tools and resources, and enable General Managers and Food and Beverage Team Members to deliver exceptional branded experiences. This role will report to the Senior Director Lifestyle Brands Experience, Performance & Strategy and is critical to implementing F&B initiatives that align with Hilton’s brand personality, support new property openings, and improve guest satisfaction globally.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Implement comprehensive global F&B strategies that align with Hilton’s Lifestyle F&B brand values and business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead initiatives to inspire creativity in F&B offerings, ensuring Hilton remains at the forefront of the hospitality industry.
  • Oversee performance tracking and analytics, providing updates and context to leadership teams.
  • Be a deputy to the Category Head, attending important meetings and supporting strategic openings.
  • Ensure effective governance, promoting seamless communication between leadership, teams, and important partners.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with F&B team to provide daily support on strategy and initiatives, provide insights, project plans, and governance.
  • Work with internal partners including brand management, operations and development to ensure cohesive execution of F&B strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure F&B offerings are communicated and integrated into the guest experience.
  • Work with partners in EMEA and APAC to lead team member education and service execution across our regional teams.

What deliverables you will take ownership of: 

  • Lead the development and optimization of service experience solutions and training programs for Lifestyle hotels, using customer insights to enhance guest experiences and hotel performance.
  • Define the Lifestyle brand service strategy, main service philosophy, values, terminologies, and rituals. Design GM and F&B leadership training for new openings and ongoing hotel support to create a lifestyle experience on property.
  • Establish guidelines for F&B operations that uphold brand integrity and reflect approved Lifestyle concepts to provide the best experience across all properties.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years in food and beverage operations
  • Five (5) years in a multi-unit, multi-concept managerial role
  • Two (2) years of experience developing strategic roadmaps using data insights
  • Two (2) years of experience creating and managing project plans for large organizations
  • Experience leading teams and collaborative projects
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally
  • Able to work in the New York City office as required

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Five (5) years of corporate experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams applications
