Director, Hotel Level Marketing Services

What are we looking for?

We believe success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Proven success in establishing relationships and working cross-functionally while influencing leaders to support recommendations
• Experience in project management having constructed plans that are validated in understanding critical path and task dependencies
• Effectively communicate program results and strategy recommendations to executives
• Agency management and communication
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools to derive practical insights
• Conceptualizing growth plans to drive business
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Ten (10) years in a coordinated marketing planning and strategy role, with a focus on marketing services or operations
• Four (4) years leading multi-functional projects or strategic business initiatives
• Excellent leadership and team management experience
• Travel 30%

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BS/BA Bachelor's Degree
• Four (4) years leading cross-functional teams
• Progressive leadership in navigating a new service-focused program
• History of capacity planning within a large and sophisticated organization

The annual salary range for this role is $95,000-$135,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
