What are we looking for?
We believe success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Deep knowledge of the unique needs and opportunities in the travel/hospitality industry
  • Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills, can take an ambiguous idea and craft a clear story and recommendation
  • Work well under time constraints and can prioritize multiple, concurrent projects
  • Experience leading a cross-functional team, including providing clear direction, managing and guiding outputs, and setting objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, including the ability to summarize analytical topics to a wide audience
  • Strong project management capabilities, can bring structure to fast-paced, ambiguous, and large-scale initiatives
  • Ability to inspire change through data, collaboration, and storytelling
  • Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Experience crafting and delivering presentations to senior leaders

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of professional experience
  • Five (5) years working in loyalty, marketing, and/or consulting
  • Previous product design and development experience
  • Strong record of cross-functional partner collaboration and influencing executive leaders
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Team leadership experience
  • Travel - 20%

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality loyalty space
  • Exposure to data analysis and modeling
