Director, Hilton Honors Program Expansion
What are we looking for?
We believe success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Deep knowledge of the unique needs and opportunities in the travel/hospitality industry
- Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Strong critical thinking skills, can take an ambiguous idea and craft a clear story and recommendation
- Work well under time constraints and can prioritize multiple, concurrent projects
- Experience leading a cross-functional team, including providing clear direction, managing and guiding outputs, and setting objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, including the ability to summarize analytical topics to a wide audience
- Strong project management capabilities, can bring structure to fast-paced, ambiguous, and large-scale initiatives
- Ability to inspire change through data, collaboration, and storytelling
- Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Experience crafting and delivering presentations to senior leaders
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of professional experience
- Five (5) years working in loyalty, marketing, and/or consulting
- Previous product design and development experience
- Strong record of cross-functional partner collaboration and influencing executive leaders
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Team leadership experience
- Travel - 20%
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Deep understanding of the hospitality loyalty space
- Exposure to data analysis and modeling
