What are we looking for:

We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to support customers both internally and externally, at all levels.
  • Commercial understanding within a hotel setting, with experience of analytical skills, to translate data into knowledge and action.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise, brand, and hotel key performance measures with analytical skills that lend to drawing concise business findings.
  • Motivational and people-management skills with a self-starter mentality. Optimistic, change-ready perspective to teamwork that empowers thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Capability to demonstrate on-property hospitality experience into above property/corporate support.
  • Manage extensive amounts of information and task lists under time and resource constraints.
  • Hands-on and proven understanding of Salesforce Platform, Tableau, and Microsoft Office capabilities.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of hospitality-related experience at the hotel EC Level position or above property/multi-property leadership roles
  • Five (5) years of management experience
  • Travel - 40% of time

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree
  • Ten (10) years of management experience
  • Ten (10) years of hospitality-related experience at the hotel EC Level or above property/multi-property leadership roles

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at$110,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
