Digital Marketing Executive
A Digital Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting the hotel in achieving its commercial and branding objectives in line with the annual marketing plan, current initiatives, and approved digital marketing activities. The role supports all hotel departments by enhancing online visibility, driving engagement, and supporting revenue through effective digital marketing execution.
The position involves independently managing digital marketing projects and overseeing day-to-day digital marketing administration for the hotel.
What Will I Be Doing?
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring the hotel’s digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to relevant target markets, and support overall business needs. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Business Function
Execute and coordinate all approved digital marketing strategies and campaigns in line with the hotel’s annual marketing plan
Monitor and report on ongoing digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
Support the Line Manager in developing and implementing digital promotional activities, merchandising, and online collateral for all hotel departments
Execute digital marketing support for special events, promotions, exhibitions, and property inspections
Assist with and at times lead on-site photo shoots and filming, ensuring all approvals and administrative requirements are completed
Manage and support all hotel social media channels, ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and messaging
Act as a brand champion, ensuring all digital content complies with brand standards and corporate guidelines
Support loyalty marketing initiatives, including Hilton Honors and other booker incentive programs
Optimize the hotel’s online presence through effective use of digital content, creative resources, photography, and translations in line with regional strategy
Monitor and respond to online reviews, guest feedback, and customer postings, addressing concerns appropriately
Managing Execution
Develop, maintain, and grow hotel databases to support targeted digital marketing and loyalty campaigns
Execute the hotel’s quarterly digital marketing audit reports on campaigns, content, and initiatives
Monitor and review all third-party website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand compliance
Conduct competitive analysis on digital marketing, eCommerce, and food & beverage online activities
Maintain up-to-date digital marketing assets including media lists, image libraries, newsletters, brochures, and digital collateral
Support the management of digital marketing projects, including timelines, resources, and budget considerations
Produce tracking documents, reports, hotel fact sheets, and PowerPoint presentations with strong attention to detail
Achieve agreed performance goals and marketing objectives set by the Line Manager
Support effective content management across all digital channels including hotel website, OTAs, social media platforms, mobile marketing, and partnerships
Developing Talent
Focus on personal development and continuous improvement of digital marketing skills, tools, and industry knowledge
Building Relationships
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all hotel departments
Build strong relationships with property, regional, and corporate marketing teams in line with brand values
Develop and manage relationships with creative, digital, and media agencies
Work collaboratively as an effective team player, supporting hotel and regional marketing initiatives

A Digital Marketing Executive serving Hilton Brand hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and in close collaboration with fellow Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:
Educated to college level or equivalent work experience
Experience in a similar digital marketing or marketing-related role
Proven experience supporting, planning, and managing digital projects to tight deadlines
Sound knowledge of core marketing functions with hands-on experience executing digital campaigns and leading smaller projects
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels of management and cross-functional teams
Proven understanding of key digital marketing, eCommerce, and online distribution strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; high-level proficiency in the local language depending on the location of the role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience in basic budget tracking, project coordination, and time management
Demonstrated commercial awareness with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and make sound decisions
Ability to influence, collaborate, and work diplomatically with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Professional appearance and approach, maintaining Hilton grooming standards at all times
Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with a strong customer focus and the ability to work independently
