Design Manager, AD&C

What are we looking for?
We believe the success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Capable of identifying, prioritizing, and articulating highest-impact initiatives
• Positive team member, who makes good judgment calls, and can influence internal and external decision makers with diplomacy
• Consistently exhibits strong problem-solving skills.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Five (5) years in hospitality design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and either AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam
• In-depth knowledge of procurement, project management, design products, and finishes
• Ability to frequently travel domestically

It would be helpful in this position for you to possess the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Interior Design
• NCIDQ Certified
