Creative Studio Director
What are we looking for?
The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:
- Demonstrates an innovative, strategic creative method by applying customer insights, design thinking, and technology
- Ability to encourage, lead and provide creative direction to teams allowing strategic, high impact and effective creative
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to inspire and sell creative rationale to senior management, and multi-functional teams
- Able to direct high-quality creative across mediums and channels
- Familiar with working in an agile environment
- Excels in a fast-paced, matrix environment and is at ease with ambiguity
- Experience across mediums (A/V, digital, print, collateral, etc.) and channels (web, email, mobile, social media, on-property, etc.)
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of agency management experience at an in-house or external agency, creative studio or similar environment
- Five (5) years managing and leading large, globally dispersed teams in a fast paced and cross-functional focused environment
- 25% travel
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Advanced Degree in Design or Marketing
- Experienced in building and leading creative teams across global regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC)
