We are seeking a creative and driven Content Creator to join the Marketing team at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort. This role is central to developing and managing compelling content across all digital platforms; such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, to enhance our brand visibility, engage audiences, and support commercial objectives. This person will be responsible for generating high-quality photo, video, editing and animation while maintaining brand consistency.

What will I be doing?

·         Plan, create, and publish engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.

·         Develop content calendars and coordinate timely content aligned with marketing campaigns, hotel events, and seasonal promotions.

·         Capture and edit photography and videography for daily storytelling, brand campaigns, and digital advertisements.

·         Collaborate with internal departments to identify content opportunities and highlight key resort offerings.

·         Support social media strategy development to increase engagement, followers, and traffic across platforms.

·         Stay updated on social media and content trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

·         Assist with copywriting needs across digital platforms including web, social, and email campaigns.

·         Ensure all published content adheres to Hilton’s brand standards and legal guidelines.

What are we looking for?

To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate the following qualities and experience:

·         Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role

·         Strong photography and videography skills (including editing tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or CapCut)

·         Proficiency in social media platforms, digital trends, and community engagement

·         Solid writing and storytelling ability with an eye for detail and design

·         Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of digital analytics (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)

·         Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

·         Creative and innovative mindset

·         Proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         High attention to detail and organizational ability

·         Passionate about hospitality, travel, and content marketing

·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field

·         Digital Marketing or Content Strategy certification (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.)

·         Experience in a luxury resort or hospitality brand environment

·         Arabic language proficiency (spoken, written, read) is a plus
