Content and Communications Manager
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Provide leadership to HRCC Content and Internal Communications teams
- Develop internal communication and content plans with our strategies and channels
- Manage content and communications projects/calendars, and track the effectiveness of deliverables
How you will collaborate with others:
- Develop internal relationships to internal messaging and engagement
- Create and publish content on internal and external communication channels using a variety of mediums (written, video)
- Partner with our Chat and Customer Support teams to ensure content is current across all platforms
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Implement projects with content and communications components that promote behavior changes, mitigate risk and positively affect business results
- Contribute to development and continuous improvement of methodologies tools and templates
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in customer contact or service support (voice, chat, email, and web) environment supporting team member and customer content plus communications and change management
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects
- Experience working in Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience working in Salesforce or HTML knowledge
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Language Arts, Communications, organizational development, or journalism or equivalent
- Change Management or project management certification
- Familiar with Standard Methodologies for SEO accessibility, information hierarchies
- Previous hospitality or retail experience

The annual salary range for this role is $65,000-$100,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
