Conrad Bali - Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager
A Marketing Executive, will coordinate the web, Public Relations/ad, and creative to promote our products and goodwill to external business partners and individual customers. Internally, will be responsible for the handling of all communication with the other departments to assist with their marketing needs to help them achieve their objectives.
What will I be doing?
As a Marketing Executive for the Conrad brand, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborating with the Director of Marketing to create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the resort and its offerings, targeting both domestic and international guests.
· Digital Marketing Management: Overseeing the resort’s online presence through websites, Google Business Profiles and social media channels. You will manage content creation, ensure consistency across all platforms, and use analytics to measure campaign success.
· Social Media Management: Creating engaging monthly plan with content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to enhance guest engagement and drive traffic to the resort.
· Advertising Campaigns: Planning and executing advertising initiatives to drive awareness and bookings for the resort. This includes working with media partners, creating compelling ads, and measuring effectiveness.
· Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social media, marketing materials, internal communications, and on-property promotions.
· Communicate and plan content shoots with internal teams and external vendors in accordance with upcoming promotions and social media content requirements.
· Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations, including scheduling, briefing, and content tracking.
· Monitor and record all forms of media coverage and KOL mentions of the resort on social media channels
· Support Director of Marketing to develop monthly / quarterly reports on campaigns and ongoing digital channel activities, highlighting results and next steps
· Be mindful and attentive of local and international news or stories on digital channels affecting resort business / image and inform management swiftly and effectively on information which could impact the reputation of the resort
Execute and report on competitive analysis on resort, food and beverage and eCommerce marketing activities and maximize compatibility with public relations efforts
