Inspired by the "Island of the Gods' beauty and hospitality, Conrad Bali offers the ultimate tropical beach resort experience aon the beautiful coast of Nusa Dua. This is a 368 room property with 5 F&B outlets and large meeting and ballroom space.
The Role:
As Hotel Manager of Conrad Bali, you will uphold our brand pillars: Bold Design, Purposeful Service Passionately Delivered and Experiences with Impact. You will lead a team of executives, inspiring a culture of excellence, financial stewardship, and a guest experience that embodies our brand’s promise.
Your eye for detail and passion for hospitality elevate every aspect of the guest journey. You lead with intent, ensuring experiences are elevated and emotionally resonant. Data-driven insights and guest engagement metrics inform your decisions, while brand pillars guide your actions.
Financially astute, you deliver hotel budgets, forecasts and set short and long-term strategic goals for the property. You ensure compliance with quality and brand standards, while proactively implementing initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and protect our reputation.
You advocate for the long-term value of the property, ensuring it remains a refined haven for guests and a strong investment for owners.

What You Bring to Conrad Hotels & Resorts
- Proven Hotel Manager or Director of Operations experience with luxury experience
- Strong Operations background with F&B experience is preferred
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
- Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement
- Previous experience in the luxury hospitality tier
- A proven track record of forming and leveraging business relationships with other luxury brands
- Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members alike
