As Complex Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee two iconic Orlando properties — Embassy Suites Orlando I Drive and Doubletree Orlando Disney Springs one at the heart of International Drive’s convention corridor and one nestled within the magic of Disney Springs®. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse teams, drive performance across both business and leisure segments, and deliver exceptional guest experiences under two powerhouse Hilton brands.

 

What Will I Be Doing?
You’ll serve as the top on-site operator for both properties, leading daily hotel operations, guest experience, and financial performance in the absence of a General Manager. Partnering closely with ownership and corporate leadership, you’ll guide department heads, inspire team culture, and ensure brand standards, profitability, and quality remain at the forefront.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee hotel operations including rooms, food & beverage across both properties
  • Manage P&L, budgets, and revenue strategies to maximize profitability
  • Drive guest satisfaction, service excellence, and brand quality compliance
  • Lead and mentor teams to foster collaboration and accountability
  • Partner with owners and corporate on strategy, performance, and reporting

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

·       Minimum 2 years of experience as a department head

·       Strong background in Rooms or Operations

·       Proven leadership experience at a property generating $10M or more in annual revenue
