Complex Group Sales Manager – Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya & Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya

Join the team behind two of Hilton’s most iconic luxury resorts in Mexico. The Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya are looking for a Complex Group Sales Manager to drive group sales across both properties. This position is based in Mexico City, with a strong focus on the Mexico and Latin America markets.

What will I be doing?

A Complex Group Sales Manager is responsible for securing group business by building and establishing strong relationships with customers. Hilton is looking for a dynamic professional who is well-rounded, business-minded, and passionate about luxury hospitality.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Research, solicit, and generate new group opportunities through proactive sales efforts, maximizing room revenue streams to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
  • Represent both properties in the development of market segment(s) and new customer relationships while maintaining existing relations with assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute business strategies by analyzing historical, current, and future market trends to capture the maximum amount of group revenue.
  • Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales and internal partners to secure business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans to engage in outside sales calls, client meetings, tradeshows, and customer events.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of business opportunities aligned with both short- and long-term objectives for the hotels.
  • Represent the hotels in all client interactions, including preparing proposals, conducting site inspections, and executing contracts.
  • Coordinate customer specifications (including rooms, food and beverage, and meeting space requirements) via Delphi FDC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Hilton standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that both achieve the hotels’ financial goals and strengthen customer relationships.

What are we looking for?

As the Complex Group Sales Manager for Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya & Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya, you will represent the pinnacle of luxury hospitality, building strong relationships with clients and showcasing two extraordinary resorts. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales or hospitality-related experience; luxury experience preferred.
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken
  • Demonstrated success in group sales, with strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Delphi FDC preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to evaluate market opportunities and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented under pressure while maintaining a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—delivered with professionalism, clarity, and influence.
  • Knowledge of Mexico and Latin America markets highly desirable.
