Complex General Manager - DoubleTree San Jose & Juniper Hotel Cupertino

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years General Manager experience at a 350+ room, full-service hotel
• Experience managing a property with $20M or greater in revenue
• Ability to build successful ownership relationships and partnerships
• Successful in maintaining Union partnerships

Preferred Qualifications:

• Performance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
• Convention hotel experience preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue
• Hilton brand experience

The annual salary range for this role is $280K - $295K and is based on commensurate experience.
