ABOUT THE ROLE
As Complex General Manager, you will lead two of the most distinctive resorts in the Florida Keys—Casa Marina Key West, an iconic 1920s landmark recently restored to its historic grandeur, and The Reach Key West, a chic oceanfront escape with the island’s only natural sand beach. Together, these properties represent the pinnacle of Key West luxury and lifestyle hospitality.

We are seeking a visionary leader who can balance Casa Marina’s timeless charm with The Reach’s contemporary, laid-back elegance—driving exceptional guest experiences, engaged teams, and strong business performance. You will oversee all aspects of operations, from strategic planning and financial results to service excellence and brand stewardship across both properties.

This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, a talent for inspiring diverse teams, and the ability to craft memorable, market-leading guest moments. What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Extensive Executive Leadership – Minimum of 5 years as Hotel General Manager of a large-scale property generating $50M+ in annual revenue.
  • Owner & Stakeholder Relations – Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strategic ownership partnerships, fostering trust through transparency, collaboration, and measurable results
  • Commercial Expertise – Strong business acumen with a track record of maximizing profitability through strategic revenue optimization, market share growth, and robust financial oversight
  • Resort & Destination Experience – Hands-on leadership of high-volume resort operations encompassing leisure, activations, large-scale events, and multiple revenue streams
  • Market Growth Leadership – Proven history of driving top-line performance, capitalizing on market opportunities, and positioning properties as leaders in competitive destinations
  • People & Culture Champion – Committed to building a service-driven culture and developing high-performing teams through mentorship, engagement, and clear performance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a complex hotel property
  • Hilton brand experience
  • Local market experience
