Complex Director of Revenue Management - Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
· Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree required or commensurate work experience in lieu thereof.
· Minimum Years of Experience: Five (5) or more years in revenue management or commensurate work experience in lieu thereof. (Flexible based on Hotel Profile)
· Minimum Years of Experience: Three (3) years cross-functional experience in hotel management, or related industry, essential. Cross brand or product line experience preferred.
· Minimum Years of Management Experience: 5+
· Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience at presenting in front of large groups
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
· Education: BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum Years of Experience: 5+
· Deep understanding of travel industry reservation and hotel property management systems.
· Strong experience in hospitality forecasting, pricing, and inventory control
· Hilton Worldwide software programs preferred.
