Complex Director of Marketing - Conrad Punta de Mita & Hilton Los Cabos
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Lead and inspire marketing teams at both resorts.
- Shape the brand narrative and what is seen in the public eye as it relates to the resorts.
- Drive the digital marketing strategy and performance including resort vanity sites, digital direct channel production, search engine optimization, and paid digital media.
How you will collaborate with others:
- Collaborate with advertising, PR, digital marketing, website hosting, and local marketing agencies.
- Partner with sales, weddings, and revenue management teams to boost bookings, generate high-quality leads, and maximize resort revenue.
- Work with all department heads to craft in-house guest marketing needs.
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
- Solidify the marketing strategy of the Hilton Los Cabos after a 3-year repositioning campaign leveraging our newly earned Forbes 4-star rating to elevate brand prestige and market impact.
- Refine and streamline the marketing strategy of the Conrad Punta de Mita on the momentum of a successful 4-year opening and ramp up phase.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of hotel marketing experience.
- Three (3) years of digital marketing experience.
- Travel up to 30% of the time.
It would be useful if you have:
- Luxury or independent branded background.
- Experience leading teams.
- Experience creating marketing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Experience developing comprehensive marketing plans.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $175,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
