What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  1. Minimum of ten (10) Years of Hotel Sales, Catering or Marketing Experience.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years director level experience
  3. Management Experience (type): Director
  4. Four-year college degree preferred
  5. Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): Ability to travel on short notice and adaptable to schedule changes.
  6. Experience in hotel management, or related industry, essential.  Cross brand or product line experience preferred.
  7. Highly professional presentations and communication (oral and written) skills.
  8. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office.
  9. Ability to perform critical analysis.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  1. Additional/advanced degree coursework in business administration, marketing and communications
  2. Adaptable experience with business strategy, business planning, and business plan development.
  3. Experience in large matrix organizations
  4. Ability to speak multiple languages
  5. Multiple Brand experience 
  6. Hilton software programs preferred

The salary for this role is $200,000 to $250,000K and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
