Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team’s Directors and Managers in coordinating and disbursing information relating to commercial services and primarily provide support for the Commercial Director. This will include managing controllable expenses for S&M/RevMax departments, ensuring expenses remain within the budget/forecast, providing input for cost assessment of new projects, as well as supporting the commercial team as a whole with sales & marketing activities and communications.
                                                       
What will I be doing?                                            

The Commercial Assistant role is support for the office/Commercial Director. The Assistant will be responsible for managing controllable expenses for the S&M & RevMax Departments, overseeing the process of tracking expenses, and prepare and control administrative budgets for monthly P&L forecasting, closing, critiquing and reporting as well as the budget process for future years. The Commercial Assistant will also be responsible for input, maintenance and dissemination of information, as well as organizing sales activities (sites, amenities, meetings, etc.) and assisting Commercial Director with vendor & sales agreements/contracts in various sales portals such as Delphi, and liaising with clients both internal and external. The Commercial Assistant may also be assigned to a specific division within the office and as such will then be responsible for other specific tasks that might be required.

• Maintenance of filing system in accordance with the Record Retention policy. 

• Preparation of special reports or projects. • Attend all required meetings. 

• Knowledge of and compliance with all Emergency procedures. Reports unsafe conditions, as appropriate. 

• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with other departments, team members and guests. 

• Maintains work area in a neat and orderly fashion. 

• Other duties as assigned by management.
