Cluster Sales Coordinator - Corporate (Conrad Centennial Singapore & Conrad Singapore Orchard)
Overview of Role
A Cluster Sales Coordinator with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will assist and contribute to management of accounts and provide administrative support for the development of new business under the guidance and supervision of the Cluster Assistant Director of Sales.
What will I be doing?
As Cluster Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Fully support administrative, customer service and sales lead development for future and repeat business
- Assist to handle enquiries
- Responsible for initiating the preparation of corporate agreement, proposals, opening files and proforma invoices, if any.
- To advise prospective customers primarily of the hotel guest rooms and meeting room and/or banquet date, space and rate availability
- Assist to maximize all guest rooms, meeting rooms revenue opportunities
- Cold Calling / Telemarketing, if any
- Accurate data entry of Corporate Account Production Report, RFP progress tracking, group and meeting enquiries using Delphi FDC
- Ensure proper rate loading entry standards to be reflected in various booking engines.
- Corporate market analysis – Agency 360 / Knowland / Demand 360
- Prepare monthly production reports/update in individual accounts or respective recipients
- Raise and preparations of e-vouchers (complimentary stays, sponsorships, voucher sale etc)
- Prepare sales kits and ensure proper show rooms ready for site inspections
- Assist with special projects assigned by the management
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality on department’s classified information. Understand the Code of Conduct Policy, Global Anti-Trust and Information Security and Privacy Training
- Ensure telephone coverage in the office at all times and assist any incoming calls from internal and external guests with their requests promptly
- Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the other departments (eg, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, F&B etc)
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by the management
