We are seeking an invested and passionate Cluster Recruitment Advisor to oversee recruitment across our three properties in Perth. In the heart of the city, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing global hotel brand and play a crucial role in shaping our talent strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the recruitment game: run end-to-end hiring across three Hilton Perth properties and keep everything smooth and consistent in a competitive hospitality market.

  • Share the wisdom: provide market insights, salary advice, and coach local teams to shine.

  • Be the strategy guru: team up with hiring managers to craft smart, creative recruitment plans.

  • Find the stars: source, screen, and coordinate interviews while keeping compliance in check.

  • Make it happen: boost employer branding, track results, and lead cluster-wide projects that keep us ahead of the curve

 

 

About You:

  • Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)

  • Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)

  • Qualification in Human Resources Management is highly regarded

  • Goal-oriented with obvious drive and self-motivation

  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with candidates and stakeholders

  • Computer literate and able to navigate through company systems
