Responsibilities
Own the recruitment game: run end-to-end hiring across three Hilton Perth properties and keep everything smooth and consistent in a competitive hospitality market.
Share the wisdom: provide market insights, salary advice, and coach local teams to shine.
Be the strategy guru: team up with hiring managers to craft smart, creative recruitment plans.
Find the stars: source, screen, and coordinate interviews while keeping compliance in check.
Make it happen: boost employer branding, track results, and lead cluster-wide projects that keep us ahead of the curve
About You:
Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
Qualification in Human Resources Management is highly regarded
Goal-oriented with obvious drive and self-motivation
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with candidates and stakeholders
Computer literate and able to navigate through company systems
