Cluster General Manager - LXR Mango House & Canopy Seychelles

What are we looking for?

The individual must possess the following, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the role.

•    Hotel operations experience in the leisure market as General Manager in a similar Resort hotel
•    Pre-opening experience will be an advantage
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field
•    Sound knowledge and experience of the Luxury and Lifestyle hospitality sector
•    Ability to show resilience, judgement and exceptional leadership
•    Experience with maintaining ownership relationships at a senior level
•    Meticulous attention to detail, follow-up, flexible and adaptable to change
•    Diverse Food & Beverage experience and knowledge of Operations with strong commercial background
•    Proven track record in delivering financial results
•    Ability to inspire team members and to create a diverse and inclusive culture of care and accountability
•    Commitment to exceptional guest experience.
•    Strong communication and listening skills. Fluent in French and English
•    Ability to create a high level of energy and translate culture to company values
