Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cluster Director of Human Resources (DHR) or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a successful track record of driving operational success.
- Extensive experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant policies.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Expertise in talent management, including recruitment, training, and succession planning.
- Adherence to the highest professional ethics and standards, maintaining integrity and transparency.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and foster high levels of employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with owners, stakeholders, and staff.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are a plus.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above is usually required, with background in human resource management or related majors.
