Bluecoat – Coordinator
At Bluecoat, we are looking for a Coordinator to manage client events at our hotel. You will act as the main point of contact between our clients and the hotel’s commercial and operational teams, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and keep all event information updated in the system.
Prepare contracts, rooming lists, payment instructions, and other important details.
Coordinate budgets and communicate directly with clients.
Create Work Orders and conduct briefings with all relevant information.
Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Coordinators, Reservations, Front Desk, Hilton Meetings, and other hotel departments.
Support clients during their stay and ensure all requests are addressed promptly.
Participate in special activities such as welcome cocktails and client tours.

What Are We Looking For?
At Bluecoat, our Coordinators always work on behalf of our guests and in collaboration with other team members. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following attitude, behaviors, skills, and values:
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Management, Hospitality, or Marketing.
Previous experience in client services or sales, preferably in hospitality.
Ability to analyze and manage multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act quickly and efficiently.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
A proactive approach to meet deadlines and objectives.
