Beverage Manager for Waldorf Astoria Maldives is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Extensive Food & Beverage Experience within a luxury setting.
- Excellent communication skills, effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to assemble, analyze, and understand integrated spreadsheets and complex technical information.
- Strong presentations skills
- Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines
- Candidate must have a good command of spoken and written English and another European/Asian language is desirable
