What are we looking for?
A Bartender serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel, Italian fine dining venue, Michelin-starred restaurant, or premium cocktail bar.
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and beverage pairing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver refined, personalized guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance with confident and engaging service presence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect naturally with diverse international guests.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume, and outdoor service environment.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Composed and solutions-oriented when working under pressure.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle beverage stock or equipment when required.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Adaptable and responsive to changing operational needs and service situations.
