What are we looking for?

A Bartender serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel, lounge club, or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, classic and contemporary cocktails, and beverage pairings.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a warm and engaging personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift beverage supplies as needed.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Passionate individual for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable
• Ability to work under pressure
