1. Digital Marketing & Content
• Manage and maintain hotel website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
• Implement on-site and off-site SEO improvements (blogs, meta descriptions, image tagging).
• Support email marketing initiatives: assist with database management, campaign setup with approved vendors, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Assist in managing digital display and SEM/PPC campaigns in collaboration with partner agencies.
• Create digital assets for restaurant outlets, spa, and recreation to drive covers and ancillary revenue.
• Coordinate and host influencer stays — including vetting, scheduling, and post-visit follow-up.
2. OTA & E-Commerce
• Monitor, maintain, and update content across all online distribution channels, including OTAs (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Trip.com), B2B bed banks, metasearch platforms, and TripAdvisor, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Ensure all channel listings are up to date with accurate descriptions, room details, and high‑quality imagery that reflect the hotel’s positioning and branding.
• Support e‑commerce activities and OTA management by maintaining and updating the hotel website and third‑party platforms, ensuring content accuracy, SEO compliance, and alignment with commercial objectives.
• Assist in the development, setup, and timely publication of promotional offers across all relevant digital and distribution channels.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports for OTA channels and digital campaigns, including ROI insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. Social Media Management
• Develop and manage editorial calendars across Facebook, Instagram,LINE and LinkedIn for hotel.
• Lead end-to-end content production including photography, short-form video (Reels), and copywriting in both Thai and English.
• Manage community engagement: monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions — responding promptly and professionally.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Business Suite Ads) to drive awareness, engagement, and direct bookings.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion) and recommend optimizations.
• Monitor competitor social media activity and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide live social media coverage during key hotel activities, F&B events, seasonal promotions, and other needed events.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous experience in a sales role
  • Relevant degree, in a sales or business discipline, from an academic institution
