Associate Field Services Technology Manager - Columbus, OH

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Work experience in Technology or related field
- Experience working in IT field support, desktop support, or an onsite technical support environment
- Experience in the hospitality, retail, or related industries in the IT field (Telecom, Technology)
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
- Three (3) + years of work experience in Technology or a related field
- Two (2) + years of experience in Hospitality, Operations, and/or IT support roles
- Cisco or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with the following Hospitality related applications and systems: PMS, POS, Keycard, PBX, Voicemail
