Assistant Team leader Garden

What are we looking for?

An Assistant Team leader Gardening serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• With 5 years’ experience in a five-star hotel/resort environment in a similar capacity  
• With College Degree or Diploma related to Landscaping / Horticulture or Agriculture
• Good Knowledge of coconut tree, orchid cultivation, and organic farming
• Must have good knowledge of disease control methods related to farming
• Good understanding of proper planting techniques
• Managing various type of waste as per the standards
• Ability develop new concepts and benchmark the garden operation
• Experience of maintaining ISO 14001 standards, EarhtCheck or Green Globe Standards
• Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Ability to speak in Dhivehi & Hindi will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership abilities and initiative
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask.
• Confident, proactive and willing to take on challenges
• Excellent grooming standards
• Exceptional communication skills
