Responsibilities:
- Oversee the bustling operations of our Food and Beverage outlets with exceptional customer service.
- Build strong, happy relationships and make teamwork a blast!
- Help recruit the best and brightest, manage with flair, train like a pro, and develop a dream team.
- Assisting the restaurant manager in ensuring daily operations run efficiently, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensuring the restaurant complies with all local health codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals, turning them into celebrations of achievements and opportunities for future success.
- Stay within budget and oversee monthly stock takes with precision and accountability.
About You:
- Have full Australian working rights and physically in the Perth Metropolitan area (no sponsorship is offered)
- Approved Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Financial Systems and flexibility to respond to a range of work situations
- Positive attitude with good communication skills
- Showcasing a polished and professional appearance that inspires confidence and respect
