Assistant IT Manager
What are we looking for?
An Assistant IT Manager serving Hilton is always working on behalf of our Guests and supporting other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate the following attitudes, behaviors, skills, and values:
- Previous experience in IT support or coordination, ideally within the hospitality, leisure, or service sector
- Familiarity with Microsoft systems and platforms
- Experience with hotel systems such as Fidelio and Micros is preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills and current knowledge of IT trends
- General understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, business applications, and security
- Ability to anticipate needs and assist with developing contingency plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to grow professionally and support the development of other team members
