Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the sales team to exceed targets through coaching and collaboration

  • Promote a safe, engaged, and communicative workplace aligned with hotel goals

  • Manage event sales professionally by responding promptly, building client relationships, upselling thoughtfully, and ensuring smooth coordination and accurate documentation

  • Drive revenue through strategic sales, client retention, and market insights

  • Ensure accuracy, team alignment via data management, financial compliance, and regular planning and brand support

 

About You:

  • Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)

  • Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)

  • Immediate starter with 2–5 years’ hotel industry experience and operational insight

  • A proactive team player ready to lead, learn, and grow within a dynamic, evolving team environment

  • A savvy leader with EQ, multitasking magic, and a passion for training, teamwork, and embracing change
