As the Task Force Manager, you would be responsible for reporting to the hotel within the Region that requires additional support in their daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.  Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Serve and act as the General Manager in his or her absence
  • Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
  • Support the hotel in various positions and shifts. Flexible schedule a must!
  • Support General Manager through Day to Day Operations.
  • As required -recruit, interview and train team members

Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year Hotel leadership experience at a property with 100 rooms or greater

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Hotel Hospitality Manager experience
  • Local market expertise
  • Hilton brand experience
