Previous supervisory experience within Front Office operations in a hotel, leisure, or retail environment
Strong IT proficiency
High level of commercial awareness and strong sales abilities
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong sense of accountability and resilience
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Outstanding grooming and professional appearance
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of work situations
