Assistant Director of Restaurants - The Drake
- Three (3) or more years of experience in food and beverage management required in a full-service, high volume operation
- Open availability to work varying days and shifts as business requires, with the primary shift being 2-10pm
- Experience managing Beverage inventory and purchasing
- Union hotel experience strongly preferred
