Assistant Director of Outlets - The Beverly Hilton
The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for an Assistant Director of Outlets to join the Food & Beverage Team!

In this role, you will oversee operations in Circa 55, IRD, and the pool. You will report to the Director of Outlets and have 2 F&B Managers and ~40-50 hourly team members reporting to you.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beverage knowledge, luxury hotel operations experience and unionized team management experience.
What will I be doing?
As an Assistant Director of Outlets, you will assist in directing the managers of the specific food & beverage service areas/outlets to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Assist with overseeing the food & beverage budgets and controls. Assists with the administration of the food & beverage marketing programs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps to ensure high standards of food and beverage quality effective controls of food, beverage, labor costs and monitors the restaurants' budget to ensure efficient operations. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality.

Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this role is $105,000-$115,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
