Assistant Director of Finance (Hilton Singapore Orchard)

What are we looking for? 

An Assistant Director of Finance serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• University Degree, preferably in Commerce, Accounting & Management or any other Accounting qualification.
• Finance/Accounting major and certified, e.g. ACCA/CPA.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience and previous experience in a managerial operational accounting role. 
• Possess system skills in OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, PMS, Agilysys and HRIS system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, online banking and government agencies’ online portal.
• Team management capabilities of motivating and managing high-performing finance team.
• Able to work in high volume environment with strict timelines
• Able to work efficiently in highly digitalised environment
• Good communication and analytical skills.
