Assistant Creative Director – Events & Entertainment
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Creative Director – Events & Entertainment/ Assistant Creative Director –Experiences & Cultural Programing to support the conceptualization, planning, and execution of innovative events, entertainment programming, and experiential initiatives across both properties.
The role will focus on curating signature guest experiences, driving footfall, enhancing brand positioning, and maximizing revenue through engaging lifestyle and corporate events to curate Hilton Manyata into a vibrant social hub.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Creative & Concept Development
- Support in developing innovative event concepts aligned with Hilton brand standards.
- Curate seasonal, cultural, lifestyle, Wellness and entertainment-driven programming.
- Design thematic experiences for F&B outlets, rooftop events, brunches, and festivals.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment and promotions.
🎭 Entertainment Programming
- Identify and onboard artists, performers, DJs, emcees, Cultural and entertainment partners aligned with the Hotel identity, target audience, and business goals.
- Plan monthly and quarterly entertainment calendars /Design and execute a distinctive calendar of music-led events, cultural activations, and immersive guest experiences that drive relevance, engagement, and footfall.
- Ensure all programming reflects a thoughtful balance of local cultural influences and global perspectives, maintaining a strong and consistent brand voice.
- Monitor attendance metrics, guest feedback, and emerging market trends to continuously optimize programming effectiveness and commercial impact. Introduce experiential activations to enhance guest engagement.
💼 Event Strategy & Revenue
- Support revenue generation through ticketed events, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and ROI tracking of events.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing for MICE and corporate entertainment concepts.
- Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Event Management, Arts, or a related discipline preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior capacity within private members’ clubs, luxury hospitality, lifestyle venues, or culturally driven environments.
· Strong knowledge of Bengaluru’s hospitality, cultural, and entertainment ecosystem, complemented by meaningful exposure to leading global cities and international lifestyle trends.
· Well-developed network across relevant social, creative, entrepreneurial, and cultural communities.
· Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage exclusive communities while delivering programming that is culturally relevant and globally inspired.
· High cultural intelligence with the confidence and adaptability to engage diverse, audiences.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, discretion, and strong situational awareness.
· Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and generating revenue through strategies and curated activations.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in dynamic, high-performance environments.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages and international experience are advantageous.
· Impeccable personal presentation, natural poise, and the ability to represent the brand confidently within sophisticated social settings.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Oversee assigned budgets for all activities, maintaining strong cost discipline while delivering measurable return on investment.
