Analyst, Workforce Performance
What are we looking for:

- Highly skilled in the use of software-based analytical tools: Tableau, LMS, ProPlan

- Ability to analyze financial data to recommend strategic and tactical decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
- Ability to work independently and seek additional work when available
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- One (1) year of overall work experience
- One (1) year of experience in hospitality operations, finance, or related work that supports time and labor management
- One (1) year of specialized experience creating complex financial and/or analytical models
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree
- Four (4) years of hospitality industry experience
- Three (3+) years working in various financial systems
- Two (2) years presenting key findings and key analysis to executive leadership
- Familiarity with Hilton systems including PROPLAN, SmartView, and OnQ Property Management System / Operations Audit, TMX
- Labor Management System administrator experience (UniFocus, Kronos, or other)
- Time & Attendance administrator experience (ADP TimeSaver, Kronos, UniFocus T&A, or other)
- Experience using business analytic tools such as Tableau or Cognos
